A few weeks before Christmas, I decided that I am going to take more control of how I eat and how I exercise. Up to that point, my exercise routine was zilch and I was eating whatever, whenever. I’ve always had a pretty high metabolism so that was in my favor, but I’m going to be 29 this year and I’m starting to feel like I need to pay more attention to what I put in my body. I have a very sedentary job and I just kept feeling worse and worse. Of course, because I am an expert procrastinator I kept making excuses for why I couldn’t fit exercise into my day: “my work hours are bad”, “I don’t get home until late then I have to eat and shower”, “I’m just too tired after work”.CONTINUE READING
